When we find a home you’re serious about, we’ll look closely at the property, comparable sales, market conditions and anything else that could affect your decision. I’ll point out what I see, raise questions worth asking and give you my opinion when you want it.
When it’s time to make an offer, I’ll walk you through the price, terms, conditions and strategy so you understand what you’re agreeing to and why. From negotiations and due diligence through to possession, I’ll help keep the details organized and make sure you know what comes next.
